The waffles were gross. It was as if they were cooked for 30 seconds and than dipped in a bucket of butter. Very soggy, couldn't eat them, threw them out. Not the $15 breakfast I was looking forward to.

My burrito was just open not even wrapped and hidden seam down so I wouldn't notice until I picked it up. The hash browns are completely uncooked a majority. Glad I got the biscuits and gravy so I at least have something to eat. And those biscuits and gravy are only passable

Yes, I would still order from crazy otto's despite my Country Fried Steak & Eggs being a bit soggy and the outer crust falling apart. It was the first time in many years that it has happened. The gravy also lacked flavor as if the seasoning was left out.

Ordered 3 (3 pc) biscuit and gravy- only 1 was in the order but paid for 3. Order was packaged by the store and sealed- was the restrauants error and they admitted they didn’t see that but could not fix the problem without us going back and picking up the missing items- so part of the order has to picked up and we paid delivery fees.
