"The flavor of one of the 8 oz. Top Sirloin* is fantastic, all though over cooked, ordered medium rare and it's medium . The other 2 8 oz. Top Sirloin* we ordered came well done instead of medium rare. And had no flavor. They were supposed to be 8 oz sirloins, one was 4.3 the 2nd was 4.7 (both overcooked a lot) and the 3rd was 5.4 oz.
