These wings may not be the biggest, but they're done right, and if you know the proper way to eat a wing (take the meat off the bone rather than eat it like corn on the cob), these are excellent and easy to work with. Really surprised the chicken was so good. It had the same crispy crust you'd expect from home cooked chicken, much different than the commercial KFC, Popeyes, etc, The chicken seasoning could have used a touch more salt, but for health reasons it was perfect.
