The CLASSIC burger was cooked perfectly, juicy, and came with fresh ingredients. The PIGGY COBB (WHOLE) was fresh and awesome. We added the tri-tip and were pleased with that add on. The Pig Iron fries were well cooked and they didn't skimp on the order.
The kids Mini Corn Dogs were plentiful, had a batter that was light and flavorful. We also had to add the Margarita cocktail to try. It was one of the best Margarita's we have had in a long time.
Overall, we loved dinner and wanted to shout out the changes that Pig Iron has made to be somewhere we can go more often. "

Enchilada was very generously sized, and the tacos (grilled chicken I think and steak/carne asada) were both solid and very generous on the meat portions. Personally I wasn't a huge fan of the rice and beans, but it may have been because I had a bunch of other flavors going on and it wasn't the flavors I wanted.
