I ordered a coffee and they charged me $2 more for a "extra shot" even though it's drip coffee. The sandwich was soggy and wasn't very good quality.

I usually love what I order from here. However, the sourdough that this bread was on was not very fresh and half of it was the end of the loaf.

Poorly packaged. French dip sauce was not sealed and spilled everywhere. Meat was dry, almost jerky texture and with no sauce to dip it in made for a very disappointing experience

I ordered three items, a Snapple, chips, and Egg and Cheese Croissant. I was given a biscuit instead of a croissant. The food was a little bland for my taste. :( I know the desserts and pastries are great in this location but this time the food wasn't that great. :(

I requested extra meat extra cheese and all I got was lettuce.The lettuce tasted like fish, for the amount of money I paid WAS NOT WORTH IT.
