The sauce was bland and grainy, like the flour had not been mixed in fully. The chicken was crunchy, but also rubbery.
The side salad was mostly browned ends of lettuce with cheddar melted to it. Very very disappointing."

The spicy Noodle soup has a broth that's sour and spicy but not too overpowering with flavor but just enough to enjoy it. The fish cakes had an earthy like taste to them, such a delicious flavor and an excellent pairing with the cucumber sauce. The samosa were the CENTER of the meal for me, cutely small but packed with flavor! Sweet and savory on the inside and the light vinegar sauce on the side made it perfect! For $22.50 for Butter Chicken I expect more than 5-6 cubes of chicken in a 16oz container. It's mostly sauce and has been that way for some time now. A normal restaurant portion is at least 6 oz if not more depending on the dish. I won't stop ordering. I'm just hoping someone reads this and is open to making an adjustment for the customer."

Our burger was so huge they had to use a sperate container for the fries. There pancakes are fluffy and hash browns are crispy. There milkshakes are real! Theres not alot of choices in ukiah anymore that isn't a straight fast food chain. So if you miss Sizzler and Denny's or want to eat a steak like the broiler but don't want to drive 30 min. And pay $100. Than Windmill has you covered. You won't be disappointed. Its local its clean and the food is consistent and good. Out of 35 orders I've made here there was only one mishap thats OVER a 97% sucess rate. Like i said BEST IN TOWN!"

Generally, when I bite into one of the flautas- its pretty much packed with shredded chicken and loaded with ooey gooey melted cheesy goodness... today that was not the case. I basically felt like I was eating a rolled and deep fried empty tortilla... the few shreds of chicken seen in the photo were leftovers that escaped whatever else was in the deep fryer and just so happened to find my shell of a meal.

"The 2 crispy tacos were definitely NOT crunchy, soft and cold. The meat was extra dry and tough despite it being shredded chicken.
The burrito was mid, not the worst I've had but most likely wouldn't buy again unless someone else paid for it.
The birria tacos were also flavorless which should be illegal because the process of making birria is fail proof.
Chips were store bought, better off buying Tostitos chips (thin and crunchy).
Overall, extremely disappointed but the entire meal was pretty cheap so the saying that comes to mind is "You get what you pay for.""
