"Hailey's has been a favorite spot, thanks to DoorDash, for years. It used to be a consistent 5 star meal. I hope tonight was just an off night, but there's something different. The Bavarian Pretzels Sticks are not the same. They used to be great, today they were ok, as if they were mass produced from Restaurant Depot. Fish and Chips was a huge disappointment as it was consistently my favorite meal. Today, the portion was half the usual size. The "steak fries", which were $3 more than normal fries, were insulting. Thin, flimsy, soggy excuse for fries. For a steak fry, they were smaller than what you'd get at McDonald's. I may order from Hailey's again in a couple of months in the hope the food will return to its former glory though I will not hold my breath after tonight."

The food was good and filling, but only tasted good and not excellent. The soup didn't taste home made. it tasted like the base came out of a Campbell's soup can, that they just threw some vegetables in to. As far as the Sub, very good food and filling, but the sauce didn't taste home made either. The meatballs and sauce were just very bland.
