"I ordered The Big Steakhouse Kabobs, Cheesecake and a Sweet Tea. Just short of $40 for one person!!! Normally I don't spend that kind of money on myself but my son purchased one for me recently and it was delicious and almost perfectly cooked. This time, the beef was burned and overcooked. That was very disappointing as I had to wait longer. When I arrived the order was still not ready snd I was told they were cooking it fresh. I thought all orders where cooked fresh. I had a hard time cutting the beef with a knife and chewing was almost impossible. Several pieces had to be set aside due to being burned. This order should come cooked Medium Rare to Medium since you don't have an option to choose temperature.
Very disappointing. $28 wasted.
The cheesecake was almost $13 alone, although it is a very large slice with strawberry topping, it too felt overpriced. I had to pay almost $5 for a 16 oz (approximately) sweet tea!

My only complaint is that they put the pudding in the same bag as the food and the hot food melts the pudding and the whipped topping. This time the puddings were in a separate bag but by the time we got them they had been turned upside down and the bottom tin was crushed and half of one of our puddings ended up in the bottom of the bag. They were still delicious but quite a mess."
"Was highly dissappointed....ordered no banana peppers on my salad...and the were on it and you can't get the juice off the salad. Also ordered thousand island for my salad. Which i did not receive. The meats were cold but were delicious and Huge dinosaur size portions enough for three meals. And a large portion of homemade chips. I also didn't get any garlic bread with my chicken parmasian which I think i was suppose too. It was made and delivered quickly so should have still been hot."

"This was our first time ordering from the Copper Penny and we will be ordering from here again. I got the the Ribeye and it was beyond perfect. It was thick, juicy, cooked perfectly medium rare and they left the delicious fat cap surrounding the huge steak. My husband got the sirloin and he also raved about how good his was and that it was cooked perfect.

"This is my first time ordering from Copper Penny. Where is the seasoning? I ordered short ribs, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese with corn on the cob and a fried egg. The short ribs were half the serving of the photo. The macaroni was KRAFT and the corn and cob was unseasoned. The mashed potatoes were fine along with the baked potato and fried egg. I will no longer be a patron of this establishment."
