The resaurant called me to say they didn't have any of the doughnuts I requested. So they wanted to cancel my order. Which I just asked for whatever they might have instead. She didnt say thankyou or goodbye. She just hung up on me.. great customer service right there. Scottys hasnt been great for a while. Their food isnt great. Hashbrowns were very oily and the eggs too.. couldnt eat it all.. ate half of the eggs, and tossed the rest. :l"

"This was our first time trying this place. We got a Hot Dog Combo, BBQ Bacon Tribeca Burger Combo , Strawberry milkshake and Beer Battered Onion Rings . The burger was tasty but lacked any BBQ flavor. The fries were soggy, skimpy portions and lacked salt. The strawberry shake was yummy but was teeny tiny. The hotdog Combo was ok. The onion rings were yummy! All in all I don't think we'll be back. The pricing for the quality was lacking."

"I’m a regular at Butter Pecan because I love how soft and delicious the cookies usually are. I understand that ordering from the Vallejo location may mean they aren’t always fresh out of the oven, but every time I’ve ordered here, the cookies have been hard and seemed overbaked.
