I definitely do not recommend delivery as the fried squid was so hard and too chewy to eat and the gyoza were too oily though they were tasty (but small). The noodles are also hard to eat/mix as they have been sitting.

Usually it's either the broth is weird or the meat isn't that great - something in that category... but, everything tastes amazing. The broth is so unique I love all the flavors. "I love ramen, so I felt compelled to try this new place when it became an option for delivery to my address. Sadly, the highly positive reviews of this place seem to reflect the enthusiasm and inexperience of college students more than the caliber of the food, which was solidly mediocre. Both the ramen and hibachi were extremely oversalted, to the point of being hard to eat. The tonkatsu ramen broth totally lacked the cravable ramen umami depth and silky mouthfeel which is only obtained when it is slowly simmered long enough to extract collagen from bones. The shoyu tare has an unpleasant metallic tang, a really common shoyu fault. If you try this place, I would recommend ordering a different flavor, since miso and salt tares tend to be more foolproof. The noodles and soft-boiled egg were also a bit overcooked--the restaurant should consider adjusting for how the hot food will continue to cook for . I hate to give a bad review to a place that seems to have nice people trying their best, but I doubt they are in danger of going out of business. I will say that the on the positive side, the ingredients all seemed fresh, the hibachi portion size was generous, and presentation even in delivery packaging looked quite nice."

"Tori (chicken) Paitan Ramen is very similar to many of the ramen restaurants in nova, which is to say it is very good. Good noodles, soup is flavorful, and the toppings are well portioned and delicious. Nori is a little on the moist when it arrived and was pretty shriveled but was fine. Chicken was dry; you have to leave it in the soup to get it nice and tender. Extra noodles is definitely worth the price. All the noodles were springy/bouncy. The only cons, aside from the meat being slightly dry, is that the Kimchi side was so small and then they gave so little sauce for the tempura, the containers were only 1/4 full. "
