It all came in a box (instead of a bag and tissue paper) that kept everything warm and not smashed. Two small suggestions: two ketchup packets with those fries were not enough. Four would be enough, and five or six even better. Also, with a double burger, more mushrooms would make things even better. All in all, a very pleasant discovery. I subtracted a star for the queso. It came in a Taco Bell size nacho cheese cup. When I opened it, the cheese appeared separated from the liquid and had a slight yellow tint on the top.
