I love the consistency of Gyu-Kaku; we've had it in 2 countries, and it always exceeds expectations. The Umakara beef and Hangar steak are perfect.

my $9 Japanese Fried Chicken Karaage arrived in 7 absurdly teeny tiny pieces like popcorn chicken. no lemon wedge. I will not be ordering take out again. the quality is much better in person for dine-in!

Inconsistent portion sizes. Ordered the Gyu-Combo: 3 Choice of Protein twice with 1x orders of 3 proteins, first time it came it was very large but second time (the exact same order) it looked like they only gave me half the amount of protein.

The meal tasted horrible. The quality of the food was crappy. You can order much better food at the same price elsewhere.
