I tried the new Parmesan Tuscan Rotisserie Chicken and it was so flavorful and juicy and I greatly enjoyed it ... missing the meatloaf as a classic I would always order here but I wasn't disappointed at all !!!

Cornbread was burnt and not good at all. Sweet potatoes were a sticky texture, tasted bad and nothing like what I normally get from Boston Market. Extremely disappointed with my meal. Chicken was ok

Meat was pretty good that I got with my two meat combo (chicken & meatloaf) however the sides were horrendous (steamed vegetables were old and not seasoned & Mac n cheese was the worst I've ever had - bland, boring and no flavor) overall dissatisfied. Not ordering again

Forgot my drink, Boston Market used to be my most favorite restaurant. Over the past couple years, they have lost all the good stuff like the sirloin and green beans, the soup tasted soo bland, broccoli is steamed WAY too much! And the mashed potatoes taste worse than if McDonalds made mashed potatoes.

I ordered a half-chicken dark meal with gravy, and a meatloaf meal with gravy. I received two meals and NO gravy with either of them. Also, the meatloaf was horrible. It was very bland, had no texture, and lacked sufficient seasoning. My dog wouldn't even eat it. and he's like "Mikey", and usually eats anything. Another issue was how tiny the pieces were. the leg quarters were the size of a chicken's wing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and one that I will not be repeating.
