The food was amazing. The Adobo Fried Rice Omelette is sooo delicious. I got the Kalua Pig and Katsu Combo with a side of curry and baby it all gave me life. The food came hot and fresh so def 5 stars for me.

portion size is half of everywhere else for more money, gravy is salty and has no other flavor. beef over cooked, eggs over done.

consistency is not there at all. chicken katsu pretty much burnt and mix plate just flooded with sauce and mystery thing on plate with barely any meat

On 2/18/26, I wanted to try ordering from a local spot and gift a meal for a close friend recovering from surgery. To my dismay my gift order, which was indicated to restaurant, did not meet expectations. Upon delivery, my friend had informed me that her 'garlic salmon' appeared to not “look like or taste like salmon”. She indicated that it was overcooked and therefore inedible. Given the price of the meal, she felt that it was unacceptable. She called Aloha Kitchen (Windmill) and received a callback from Maria, the manager.
According to my friend, Maria was unhelpful, short, and dismissive. She did not take accountability as a representative of the restaurant. I believe the situation could have been better handled by responding to how to make things right. Perhaps by offering another meal or a voucher/credit rather than saying “contact DoorDash.” The “non service” as well as the food provided was a major disappointment.

First ordering from this place and I'm not gonna lie, I might order from this place again next time. I ordered the Local Plate that came with teriyaki chicken, a scoop of rice, a cup of macaroni salad and 2 spam masubi's...oh and under the chicken is a layer of beef. The taste is amazing and it is a good portion size.
