the fries are not hand cut and the burgers are frozen and not juicy like the photos. Although, I like that they are thin.

the Cowboy Bam! Burger was cold and the bun was very stale.. the Bam! Tater Tots were literally just a hash brown in a aluminum tin.. overall not happy and won't be ordering again

The food looks nothing like the pictures, they use stock photos of good looking food to get orders then send out complete and utter garbage. I wish I could give fewer stars for this embarrassing attempt at "food". The patty was obviously pre-frozen, the vegetables were sad, wilted, and sloppy. The bun was a sloppy disgusting paste. Never order from here.
