Customer service was excellent! I received the wrong flavor and they gladly replaced it!

This is the second time they have forgotten to place our cones in the bag In the past, we would receive the ice cream in a container and the cones stacked in the bag. It worked perfectly.

They're not scoops of ice cream. Always mini scoops, scoops so small they're almost non existent. Maybe two bites, especially the one on the very bottom. Not worth it anymore.

seems like every time I've gone ice cream from this Pacific Place they don't give the Right Scoop amount my two scoops is basically a one scoop I find it ridiculous that they tried to cheap you
