The Mangonada is literally my favorite drink anywhere! I just wish there was a option to add extra of the tajin and chamoy!

The 2 Scoop Sundae was very small and not hardly even one scoop. The ice cream for the Banana Split was also very small scoops and they didn't have one of the flavor choices offered on the site. I had to cancel the Triple Scoop because they didn't have that flavor either. Dashers that delivered the order said the store clerk ignored them when they came in and was very rude while trying to help me to get the order fixed. I'm a big BR fan but this was a very disappointing experience and I'll spend my $40+ treat money elsewhere next time.

I would not order from here, save your money and go-to the one in Fort Collins or go-to a different ice cream place altogether. Sundae items only come with kid scoops of ice cream and that's literally barley enough to cover the brownie. The bowls were literally 95% toppings (brownie, banana, chocolate syrup, cherries and nuts). I've ordered before and always got a full cup of ice cream with my brownie, but I'm not gonna argue over the phone with someone who's probably a teenager. My craving that I wanted so badly and waited all day for went straight to disappointment and sadness/frustration.

Two times I have ordered milk shakes and have had to cancel because they are out of milk (by 4 p.m.) at the Loveland location. King Soopers is right there, just seems there would be better planning on the part of the person who is responsible for ordering milk. The shakes, when I can get them are wonderful.
