thought it was sealed and pre packaged... it wasn't... tastes good... just have trust issues

Sundae ordered - i scoop jamoca, 1 scoop mint chip, with whip cream, hot fudge and cherry
Sundae received - 2 scoops "coffee" i think, cant tell. Its brown and has no flavor

The food is good when they seem to get it right. Almost 9 out of 10 times do they run out of every or most things or they completely mess up the order and replace it with whatever without asking.
