I ordered a 3 scoop ice cream and I appreciated that they packed the ingredients invidually including wet and dry toppings and all I had to do was to put them all together. This way, I am able to get more dry and wet toppings. I hope when I order again, that they will prepare it for me this way again. I love their flavors and they're freshly prepared.

I don't know why, but the ice cream was melted in both sundaes. my husband and I did an experiment. we went to B & R, ordered just what we did tonight. we were able to get then home, still frozen and delicious.

We order here quite often. Used to be great. While the sundaes are still fantastic, they get smaller and smaller with every order. Will probably stop our treats from here.

Disappointed with the Banana Royal and the 3 Scoop Sundae. portion size was so small. I think they put kids scoops in both orders! the ice cream just didn't taste that good either. used to be my favorite place for ice cream. one scoop almost took up the cup, now the 3 Scoop Sundae didn't fill up the cup at all. So disappointed
