Garbage, the gumbo sucks and the crawfish etouffe tasted like the sauce was made outta the water the lobsters live in at red lobster

One of my favorites. My only complaint is that EVERYTHING anymore is spicey. Their remoulade used to have really good flavor without the kick of many of their other dishes, but with this order, suddenly it had a kick. Go back to the old remoulade recipe and to serving the fried green tomatoes with remoulade too (or even a choice of sauce would be nice).

Wow... from East Texas, and... that's the best Cajun food I've had outside of home/Lou. Etouffee was incredible, as was the Nawlins!

catfish was great. shrimp was very small and too crunchy/ overcooked. the rest was good
