Zach Biderman wanted to pay tribute to his grandparents, who were Holocaust survivors. The only survivors of a train voyage to Treblinka were Zach's papa and Nana.
Its alright taste wise but small. HALF a House Reuben for $16? You can get 3x the sandwich for about $12 from Jasons Deli WITH SOUP and its way more filling; even for just the half sandwich. The full House Reuben is like $23 even living 3 minuntes from the restaurant.
Delivery fee was crazy too. Sandwich is overpriced, small, and the bread crust was too tough to even mess with. Likely wont order again.

Perfectly executed turkey sandwich. Just the right proportions of each ingredient, fresh and crunchy. They also used real turkey pieces, not processed meat.
Matzo ball soup was absolutely delicious & satisfying .

Biderman's has great food. After 40 years of New York deli food, I am a tough sell. But, Biderman's delivers. Great bagels and their sandwiches are really deli style. The problem here with DoorDash is they are only offering b'fast items which, for me, is not their strongest offering. Come on guys! Bring on the lunch sandwiches and the sides!

Never again. Matzo Ball soup on the menu shows multiple matzo balls for the Small, and yet the Large arrives with only one. The most ridiculously tiny, overpriced container of soup.

The House Reuben was honestly okay. It had some good flavor but the saltiness was overpowering. The bread tasted good but it was also a tough yet soggy texture.
If you like salty sandwiches then totally go for it.
