the boba in the Brown Sugar Milk Tea was stuck all together and not possible to drink. it also looked weird and worn out in color.
They put aloe instead of boba in Cookies & Cream Milk Tea
we chose less ice but half the cup was ice

I ordered the Tiger Milk Tea thinking it included tapioca because of the description but it didn't; the drink tasted a little weird in general but without boba it was just even worst. But it's good how they prepare the delivery orders, all covered up!

The tapioca pearls are like the ones that u can make from a kit (terrible) the tea is good just the tapioca sucked. also there isnt enough boba in here like 7 pearl in here.

Horrible and worst boba place I have ever had in my entire life. Boba is mushy and hard. Strawberry Milk Tea so sour, Oreo Cookies & Cream Milk Tea is disgusting no flavor can't even taste anything. Lychee Tea is horrible too. Please listen to me and dont ever order from this place.
