I ordered delivery from Basch Burgers and what I received was honestly unacceptable. The fries looked and tasted like leftovers scraped from the bottom of the fryer — overcooked, greasy, and a mix of tiny burnt bits and soggy pieces! This isn’t the first time either. For the price, I expected real food, not what looks like scraps no one else wanted.

got the wrong burger(Wellington) and sauce for fries missing. The fries/shrimp (portion too small for price) were great! this is first time trying the shrimp

the black bean burger is disappointing & gross, & the hot sauce that comes on it looks just as unappetizing as it tastes. ordered the guac, it came kind of dark. and the fries were soggy & saturated in grease. overall, quality food.

The burger was supposed to be well, no pink but as you can see it had quite a bit of pink. I ate the outer part but had to throw most of it in the trash.
For the price I paid I certainly think I should be able to expect my meal prepared properly!
