food was good. driver was nive and polite. never had an issue ordering from Burger Factory... 10/5 stars, go eat there

Burger was overcooked, bacon was overcooked, the ketchup packets were sticky and gross, normally I like the food here but this was inedible. fries and poutine were good so it got 3 stars but I probably won't order from here again.

Fries were old, cold and stale. The burger had nothing on it and looked like a McDonald's burger. Flavourless and bland. For the price I won't be ordering again.
