Delicious burger. I love how customizable it is and very well priced. The fries were fantastic. I live a little far away from the restaurant so the fries were pretty cold by the time they got to me. That's not the restaurant's fault due to distance. I warmed them up for a minute or two in the air fryer and they came out perfect. They're perfectly seasoned. I loved the food and would definitely order it again.

I paid for mushrooms and blue cheese. I got 4 mushrooms, no blue cheese, and the bun was hard as a rock. I ordered at 8:11 and didn't get my food until 10:20. the dasher had to wait when he got there. I typically like their food, but its not consistent, and there is usually something wrong or missing.

Have ordered CB & FF about 4 times and each time not as good as the time before. FF were barely warm and droopy. CB was lukewarm and had a few very salty areas. Requested ketchup packets but got none. Not sure if ill try it again. Part of the problem is that the dasher had another delivery stop before mine.

The burger had burnt grill scrapping stuck to it. Had to pull them off just to try and eat this dry burger

Last night I ordered and today on my lunch break I ordered again and it fulfilled all expectations and I dare say they are the best burgers in Ohio.
