I originally ordered 3 CHEESCAKES. Unfortunately, my order was delivered short of 2 cakes. I contacted door dash and the store. the store manager immediately called me to make sure I did receive my 2 missing CHEESECAKES. The store even called door dash to give me a credit. Door dash would not allow it. so the CHEESCAKES were amazing in taste. I see why they taste so good. Because if a store manager takes time to call me 2 times on Saturday trying to get my order right. shows they truly take their business seriously.

The most disappointing DoorDash experience I have ever had. My cheesecake arrived FROZEN SOLID, which means they are not fresh. There was no package date either and it had beginning stages of freezer burn. I wouldn't risk getting sick. So not worth it.

Cheese cake had a good flavor but because it was frozen and freezer burnt it changed the consistency of the cake and it was much too soft to enjoy. Wouldn't buy again.

Came frozen and freezer burnt. The old whipped cream had cracks on it and frost was cove the whole thing.

The cake was1 00% completely frozen. Even the whipped cream on the top is so frozen I can even cut it with a knife.
