I frequent capital seafood in person. Their dim sum is really authentic. I'm a little sad they changed their menu. It is now more dumpling heavy (more northern Chinese style vs. dim sum, which is the Cantonese/Hong Kong style), but the menu items they did keep are delicious as always.

Underwhelming!! I realize you can't expect SGV Chinese food in the Westside but this was just OK, even for the here. I considered deducting another star because the price/quality ratio ($94 for 7 dishes) is off. The 2. Yang Chow Fried Rice was more steamed than fried (no wok hei) but had lots of shrimp. 006. Shrimp & Pork Shiu Mai had decent flavor but texture was uneven. 033. Steamed BBQ Pork Bun (3pc) was OK. Avoid the bland 001. Steamed Spare Rib and 014. Turnip Cake.

This was my second time ordering from this restaurant because the first time was really good. This time, though, all three dishes I ordered had little to no flavor. The "spicy salt" on the 084. Spicy Salt Pork Chop and 009. Spicy Salt Tofu was pretty much non-existent. The 032) Rice Noodle & X O Sauce was texturally satisfying, but again, no flavor. Hoping this was just an off night for them and that I didn't just get lucky the first time.
