Ordered ham and bacon (no ham) bread not grilled, no strawberry jam included as ordered, hashrounds tasted like a fish fillet and old grease

Overall quality was there but the flavor just isn't the same as it used to be... lacking that signature quality bite of meat with the tang of the bbq sauce.

onion rings stale. I called the store 3 times to ask for condiments but nobody answered the phone and there's no place to order them online
