The onion rings were fresh and hot on arrival and the burger was just as good. My compliments to the staff.

thee chicken patties where burnt and super dry I get they are dollar menu but ive never had a problem before with carls jr when i go

Didn't include sauces but normally really good. Food is hot and good quality but a bit expensive.

They used the wrong pattys (smaller) and didn't even add the extra patty I had paid for, had to go back in line and wait and they still didn't give me the right patty. He put his hands in it to check and idk if they even gave me a new one or just slapped another cold patty in there since the burger was wrapped in the same ripped up paper. Ended up trashing it. Wouldn't recommend
