Didn't even know this truck existed. Looked at the menu and I was sold. I had Mama noodles and the special eggroll southwest chicken. Also ordered chicken fried rice. Amazing flavor! Found my new fave place! my only negative thing to say, is I wish the eggrolls were bigger. But I'll order again for sure!

Soooo delicious, we got birria tacos , street tacos and the UMAMI SMASH burger all so delicious!! Literally 10/10 will be ordering again! We had a huge order and everything was perfect even the Elote! Thank you!

The birria tacos did not disappoint! They are always so juicy and tender. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the chicken strips. They were dry and hard to eat. If they were taken out a little sooner they would have been amazing.

Paid an extra $3 for beef bulgogi on the noodles and only had about 3 dime sized pieces of beef in there for both entrees I bought. This would be good as a post-bar mid meal, but probably could also easily make at home. Not worth the price.

The tacos were okay. The charros are in a very small cup looks bigger in the pic cause I'm holding it closer to the camera
