Flavor = 5 stars (compared to other Mediterranean restaurants)
Speed = 5 stars (3 gyros/doners, 1 lamb kavurma, 1 tabouli/kisir and 1 lentil soup and salad took 15 mins to prepare)
Serving Size and price = 5 stars (6 people family were super full and price was great for the amount)
Abundance of ingredients = 5 stars (Chorba's standard meat portion is equal to double meat in other places like Oliv or Moes and Jersey Mikes)
Environment/Staff = 5 stars (staff was very friendly and understanding)

I'm from the Philadelphia area and really liked the taste of this Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich, but it was a little too salty for me.
The French fries also had very good taste, but were a little undercooked.
Even with these two flaws, I would order this again, but would specify cooking the fries a little more and going easy on the salt for the Cheesesteak.

Don't expect fries with your lunch you will be given rice unless you order fries. Even though the pictures show fries as the side, don't expect them unless you ask in advance. I received rice with my gyro then asked about fries and was told they would be $5.99.

Everything is great..every time! Love the family who runs this place, they are super nice and make awesome food.
