This is my second time ordering from this spot; this time I tried the orange chicken (comes with broccoli) and paired with an egg fried rice. I was impressed! Both are delicious and go well together. The orange chicken has a light, crispy shell topped with a flavorful orange sauce. The fried rice has fresh fried egg in a light soy fried rice. And both are well portioned.

I've been coming here for over a decade.  the Curry Fried Rice is highly recommended. Much unlike nearly every other Asian fast food place at this price point- their fried rice is not oily and greasy... i feel good after eating it, not weighed down. 
Their General Gau Tofu is likely the best I've ever had, and I've had too many to count.  I say this because it's a nice balance between crisp and chewy, and not mushy/unfried like most places.  on top of this, they do not skimp on the Broccoli.

Chow n' Joy was a delightful treat. The portion sizes are pretty substantial and the food tasted fresh. Unlike most American Chinese food at this price point, the food was not overly oily or greasy. Can't believe I lived in the area for so long and never tried them out. Will be ordering from here more in the future.

I loved th Cantonese style stir fry so much that I ordered it 3 times last week. After writing this review I'm ordering it again. Fresh ingredients, delicious. Spring rolls were also fresh and delicious

Mongolian beef ok - pretty bland. Like beef and broccoli with much less beef and more vegetables. General Gau's chicken heavily breaded. Chicken lo mein good. Crab Rangoons good. Expensive for the value.
