Most of the chicken seemed either old or refried to heat up, we couldn't eat four of the pieces. Very disappointing, hadn't ordered it in a long time and now I'm sure this was my last time. Also, a huge markup in price from previous years with definitely no increase in quality.

No stars chicken was cold dry and okra was burned over fried very upsetting. Didn't even get to enjoy my meal. Biscuits looked real crusty too. Only good thing was the mash and lemonade. Wish I could get my money back . Never again. Have to put one star or else it won't let me submit this review.

I paid for a sprite and didn't receive it. No spoons or straw. Chicken was very dry

Maybe because it was a late order but chicken was overcooked and dry. They also gave us lower quality pieces; not even one chicken breast. Mac and cheese was forgotten
