stuffed with chicken tinga or soy based chorizo. in our hamemade enchilada sauce, topped with beans, queso fresco (mexican cheese) sour cream, pico de gallo.

Chicken, beef, pork or veggie stuffed in a 12” flour tortilla with beans. - topped with enchilada salsa and cheese then baked. - served on a bed of rice. -with a side of: jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, chipotle mayo, and pickled onions. -accompanied with a small white truffle salad.
