The pulled pork sandwiches are always piled high with tender, smokey pork and the buns are fresh. City Barbecue doesn't skimp.

City Barbecue is consistently good. They are generous with the meat on their Pulled Pork sandwhiches. The pork is always tender, moist, and smoky. Their sides are much better than most chains, tasting a little closer to homemade, if a bit heavy on the salt.
They forgot to include the sauce this time with our regular order though, so we had to eat our sandwiches dry.

The food here is amazing! Best collard greens ever. The meat is seasoned to perfection. The potato salad is fresh and delicious!

Pulled Pork, Mac & Cheese, and Banana Pudding were great! the portions were ok, not that great, but still ok. the Banana Pudding deserves the most praise in my order - great taste, good portions.

Burnt hush puppies and Carolina barbecue sandwich was inedible due to globs of fat and burnt ends. 2-3 pieces of actual meat. I would have sent it back to be corrected, but it was a Door Dash order. I learned a valuable lesson.
