We love City Eats but have a suggestion. I can not eat French fries so when I go in the restaurant always get a different side. Today I called after ordering delivery and ask for another side. At extra cost
They substituted sautéed spinach, but it was put in with sandwich and all the liquid went into the bun. I ate it without the bottom bun and loved it so don't need anything but wanted to let you know.

Crab cake was under cooked and mushy lacking in crab for such an exorbitant price. French fries were burned and cold, and the "red hot" Chicago style was just a dry hot dog with some onions, tomatoes and peppers. Over $50 wasted. Won't order from here again.

The food was just okay. Got the hot dog and the lobster roll. The hot dog was just ordinary, nothing special and a soggy bun. The lobster roll was good, but really just plain with no flavor or butter really. It came with some cajun/tartar type sauce and a lemon wedge. Somewhat disappointed with this order.

I ordered the Lobster Roll, the first thing I noticed was it had a bad smell, after two bites I disposed of it in the trash, it was definitely rotten.

Wow, the Lobster Roll was absolutely amazing! Food was hot and delicious and fresh!
