• 13/2/25Loved to see Fort Collins with Kolaches, this location they had both dessert style options as well as breakfast and entree options as well. For example, I ordered a blueberry fruit jam kolache as well as a sausage/egg/cheese version. Both were delicious. The blueberry kolache wasn't overtly sweet, which I appreciate because I think too many of American desserts are sugar overloaded. The sausage/egg/cheese kolache was filled with the scramble and served as a nice mini breakfast in one. The dough for both was fluffy and soft. I tried kolache once in Seattle at a local shop, and these compare they are wonderful if you're looking for some new baked good options. Overall, the flavor profile was on the higher side, I definitely appreciated the great puffy texture and friendly service. I believe this family operated and localy owned , and glad to see Fort Collins is expanding it's quick service eatery options for those on the go.

• 27/1/26i mean this place is so good and they remember their customers despite having a large customer base. i order the Cherry one and i always ask for it to be cheesecake and i forgot to call but they did it anyway because they know my order. the dough is unbelievable and their ingredients, specifically the cherries are so fresh and it's beyond worth the price

• 4/7/25The food made at The Colorado Kolache Company is so good. The Sausage and Cheddar with Candied Jalapenos is AMAZING and the Apricot and sweet cream cheese pastries are some of my favorites. Always fresh and the portions are perfect. Also the owner is so sweet! Just order it. You won't regret it!

• 9/9/24Kolache is our new favorite Sunday tradition! It is always delicious and fresh. The Sausage and Gravy Kolaches are to die for. The Sausage and Cheddar with Candied Jalapenos has the best sausage inside!

• 18/4/26I absolutely love everything I have tried from here. The Sausage and Gravy and Poppyseed Kolaches are my all time favorite food. The owners and staff are amazing people and every single Kolache is made with love. My girlfriend and I wish we could live off this stuff.
