This store went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my food. I order from Crepe Factory when I've had a long day or when I need a treat. My go-to is a strawberry Nutella crepe and a peach passionfruit tea lemonade (although I often get more than that) and it's always delicious. this last time I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I also accidentally called the wrong location at first so when I called them they had already made the one I ordered by accident. Still, they said it was okay, that they'd make the one I wanted and they even asked if I wanted powdered sugar. My day was going really poorly but their kindness made it so much better, and the food was the cherry on top! Thank you for being good people :)

This place is pretty good, the Nutella Crepe had a good amount of nutella, and was decently big. The Macadamia Cookie & Cake Butter Ice Cream was pretty good, although the cookie was a bit dry. However, the Iced Matcha Latte was not sweet at all, and was not very good, but I added sugar at home and it was fine. This place is a good sweet spot!

Nutella strawberry banana crepe was FIRE. Not too saucy, right amount of strawberry and banana and the iced Nutella latte was blended just right. Yum !

Usually I'm obsessed with the crepes here but the Chocolate croissant was meh and the caramel crepe wasn't what I'd hoped. Pistachio Macaron didn't disappoint though
