1st Crumbl Cookie in years and did they change the chocolate chip cookie recipe? All dough, no crispy exterior. What happened? The inside is supposed to be gooey, not the whole cookie. Sad to see poor quality control once again turn another great restaurant chain into a SLOP factory!

The choco chip cookie I ordered did not deliver the way it is presented on the app. The cookie delivered to my house looked weirdly crusty and was not soft or warm. It was quite cool and hard which I did not appreciate since crumbl is known for their nice warm and soft cookies.
