The valentines cookies are so cute and yummy. Perfect last minute gift. Last minute as in I needed something within 20 min and they were ready and delivered in less than 15. My Go-To for cookies from now on.

Cookies are good I've ordered a box in 7 of the past 8 weeks as my nieces likes to try the new flavors. But today was my bday and the girl at the counter was not friendly and wouldn't give me my free cookie even with my app showing my birthday and ID. She just shrugged it off. Not a huge deal but left a bad taste in my mouth considering I spend a lot of money here. Not like I was just trying to get stuff for free I was picking up a large 6 pack.

Put our order sticker over another with someone else's name. Just weird vibe. Super small cookies. Smaller than normal.

I have ordered from you before and they have been Warm and Fresh. Not this time. they were older and harder. very disturbing
