Steak was flavorful and grilled right. Wasn't dried. The oxtail was tender. The sauce for the croquetas was good. Used it for empanadas and made it even better. The croquetas was pretty good too but it was dried.

The Sopa de Ajiaco didn't have any vegetables but it did have a bone. It was broth, chicken, one small piece of yuca anda bone. Not even enough broth. I added Kettle & Fire vegetable broth. The yuca and pernil didn't and never has enough mojo. 10/10 won't order again. Going to the rest is better because they can't mess up your order.

The plantains, the salad, the frite yuca and black beans and ajiaco soups are amazing!
However, the chicken rice needs a better balance and blending between ingredients. It tastes like a legume rice first cooked on butter before chicken was added and mixed with the whole. I would have appreciated the rice to be simply more chicken tasty rather than having a main butter taste with little carrots and more staff on.

The soup was good! Just what I needed, as I'm coming down with some cold symptoms. The first half of my sandwich was good, but what was extremely disappointing is that the second half was filled with a big slab of pork fat and no meat. It made the rest of what could've been a good sandwich, inedible.
