Their Philly Cheese Steaks are super good! One of the best I've ever had! Definitely will order again

Wish it specified that green bell pepper came in the cheesesteak by default as I don't eat them. Tried to pick around but just didn't like it overall. Born and raised in Philadelphia area and still on the hunt for a good cheesesteak in Portland. Also wish places that did a lot of take out would stop using plastic to go containers with no vent holes as the roll and fries arrived soggy. Mozzarella sticks had an odd consistency. Likely won't order again.

Ordered delivery. Waffle fries very stale , very cold. The Philly cheese steak is extremely dry. You're literally just chewing bread and meat. Dry and tough to swallow . I added the side sauce to the cheese steak in hopes of more flavoring . Another disappointment . Just dry. I gave it 2 stars for presentation . It looked like it was going to be so good !! :(

Gross. The Hand Cut Fries were over cooked and flavorless. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was barely warm and the provolone hardly melted. This isn't plain personal taste or pickiness, the food was honestly that poor in quality. I would be so embarrassed to run this business.
The can of Dr pepper was honestly the highlight.

the fries were good but the actual Philly was not great. what I got was not what the description said. there were peppers all through it and I HATE peppers on my Philly. also I think the cheese was like mozzarella or something really stringy and stretchy which I've never had on a Philly my life and it was only on top like a decoration. I would not order from here again.
