Excellent Family Owned Kansas City Style BBq. Ribs were moist and tender. They werent overly salty whIch I loved . You could taste the real BBQ flavor. Sauce is on the side. They use clean oil to fry those deliciuos Tots. Thank you for a refreshing dining experience in the South OC

Was excited to try a new place.... the quality of the meats is definitely up there but unfortunately there was zero flavor. Mac n cheese had no flavor, the pulled up pork was okay, and the ribs didnt even have a rub or any sauce on it. Everything needed salt. Again the meats were high quality but everything was lacking flavor. The highlight of the meal were the tator tots and complimentary pickle lol
