This new location really out performs the Gilbert & Baseline location. When I was forced to order there, my chorizo patty would be so overcooked that it was a fraction of the size it should be, dry and tough. They frequently shorted me 1 hashbrown too. This is my second time ordering from this new location and both times everything was perfectly cooked. I received everything I ordered. The Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich was fresh and delicious, as were the Twice-Baked Hashbrowns. Keep up the fantastic work!

I love the chocolate chip bagels but please stop putting mountains/excessive amount of cream cheese on the bagels. It makes it so hard to enjoy when I have to clean my bagel prior to eating, if I do even end up eating it. Sometimes the amount of cream cheese is just so much I don't even bother.

Twice-Baked Hashbrown was not cooked entirely. The Cold Brew, Large had an excessive amount of cream in it.

Forgot my onion and chive cream cheese, and my bagels were just thrown in the bag. One of them wasn't even a bagel, it had no hole in the middle. I love Einstein and go every time I come to mesa but this was superrr disappointing.

This bagel was over flowing with cream cheese it made the bagel soggy. Wish there was a lite cream cheese option
