Unfortunately this place is as bad as people say. My Chocolate Chip Bagel which I asked to be untoasted came burnt. Instead of giving me the plain shmear I ordered - they gave me some garden herb shmear which made zero sense for a chocolate bagel. The caramel high rise arrived with no whipped cream no caramel. And for the price? The quality of the Turkey sausage/egg bagel was nuts. Small sad little egg. This place clearly doesn't want anyone ordering from it.

The jalapeños were just placed on top of the sandwich lmao they were just placed on top, they weren't baked into it. I literally started laughing!
But yeah it tasted odd not the same as other ones I've had from different locations. They also didn't have smoothies available. I had to choose something else on the spot.

Super disappointed. A 2 hour wait for my order and then the sandwich came on the regular sesame bagel instead of the thintastic substitution I'd asked for. The avocado is dark and not fresh looking at all. Cucumber are clear and soggy.

This bagel does not taste fresh at all and the avocado isn't ripe. What a waste of $20.
