El Palenque is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants in Albany! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell everything is made with care , from the perfectly seasoned meats to the homemade salsa and warm chips. The portions are generous, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get.
The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome every time you walk in. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the service is consistently fast and professional. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and family-friendly , perfect for a casual dinner or a special celebration.
Highly recommend trying their fajitas and margaritas, both are amazing! If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with excellent service and a great vibe, El Palenque is the place to go. 🌮🌯🍹

Amazing delicious food! Tamales shredded beef chimichangas and enchiladas were delicious. The side chips are great too!!
