Fat Dutch Bread

All of our breads from flour to dough are mixed, fermented from 6-48 hours, shaped, proofed, and baked. We take pride in the process of bread baking and love what we do! Our ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible including Shepherds Grain Flour (wheat grown in the Northwest), Bob's Redmill flours, and T Bee S Honey made right here in the Portland area.
