The pork ribs and pulled pork melts in your mouth, but the brisket was a bit dry. The plate does come with two sides, bbq sauce, pickles and onions. The mad and cheese and fries were good. I also ordered the peach cobbler, but it honestly smells like its gone bad. It has a bit of a sour smell to it that makes me worry it might be bad. Overall, I enjoyed my food.

This place is a tourist trap by all means.The fact they've managed to keep that barton location says it all. selling overpriced very subpar food. The high review rating baffles me. HEB, rudys, sloppy Joe's, bill miller all have them beat in my book.

Sliced brisket po boy had one gnarled piece of dry brisket cut in half. The bread was hard, cold and way too much for how little brisket they give you. HEB BBQ is much better, less expensive, and not far away from the SPM location. Will not be back.

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST Chicken Fried Steak I have had in my entire life!!! The scalloped potatoes were to die for ... I cannot say enough great things about this place other than I will be ordering here frequently!!!
