Was a great burrito as always thank you GYG! However, my delivery driver did not follow my instructions at all. I appreciate it being on time but I asked specifically to have it dropped off at my door, and over the intercom he said to come down or he leave it on the floor in the elevator like seriously you are going to leave my food on the ground? Incredibly poor service from the driver.

Very poor meat quantity, it did not at all even nearly suggest that it was a Cali Burrito with extra meat added for $3.60 which was unfortunate as I enjoy when they do it properly  (by actually adding the extra meat). 2 star meal today.

It's never consistent, such ashame as I'm a huge fan of GYG and spend a lot on this chain and this store in particular. 

I always pay extra for filling, chicken, etc, but the food is always small and light weight with none of the extras I've paid for.

Please train ALL of your staff to be consistent.

ordered a Bowl  and Chipotle Seasoned Fries , the flavors were spot on – truly delicious! However I felt the portion sizes could have been more generous. While the quality of the food was impressive, a bit more in each serving would make it perfect.

Brown rice was hard and grainy in the burrito, chicken was chewy and tasted undercooked. Had to throw away after two bites. Chips were only good thing. Not good experience given I've never had a bad Cali burrito from Guzman.
