the grease was old and bad. chicken wasn't golden brown. it was very dark. the legs were the biggest I've ever seen. the size of my whole hand and it smells funny. the chicken is usually good but this time was the worst!

HORRIBLE! Extra Party Wings (5) is not fried and barley breaded or cooked. You also pay dang near $5 for 3 little Mozz Sticks (3) I got my money back and will NEVER order from this location again.

Chicken and waffles comes with half a waffle not a whole waffle. You can also only order a waffle if you get the Chicken & Waffle (2 Wings).
The gizzards do not taste fresh and taste like the grease needs to be changed. Very disappointed.

My Catfish & Wings combo arrived hot, fresh and delicious. I even had to pay a long distance fee and was still very happy! Haven't had Harold's since I lived in Chicago.
